The Mailbag Cross body Bag

A trendy, slim, cross body style hipster with adjustable strap and an easy access front slip pocket. Features: two zip pockets, and a slip pocket on the exterior. Customizable slip pockets on the interior. The adjustable strap allows for it to be carried cross body or over the shoulder. The slim mail bag shape allows for a low profile while the inside provides enough room for all of the essentials and more!

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Pattern includes two sizes: The Mailbag Cross body Bag and the new Mini Mailbag.

The Classic Mailbag Crossbody Measures: 
12" Tall 11" Wide (at the bottom) 2" Deep with an Adjustable Crossbody Strap

The Mini Mailbag Crossbody Measures: 
8 1/2" Tall, 8" Wide (at the bottom) 2" Deep with an Adjustable Crossbody Strap

MATERIALS:

1 yard 44" wide Main Fabric (1/2 yard for Small Size) 

1 yard 44" wide Lining Fabric (1/2 yard for Small Size)

2 1/2 yards 20" Fusible Pellon SF 101 or a shaping interfacing (2 Yards for Small Size)

1/2 yard Fusible Fleece -TP971F-Pellon Fleece Thermolam Plus (1/3 yard for Small Size)

14" or larger Coordinating zipper (Small 9" or larger)

2- 9" or larger Coordinating zippers (Small 2- 7")

Hardware: 2- 1.5" rectangle or D rings and 1- 1.5" slider (2- 1" rectangle or D rings and 1- 1" slider for Small Size)

Coordinating thread

Removable Fabric Marker (I recommend a Frixion gel pen as it can be removed by pressing with an iron)

You should already be somewhat familiar with sewing patterns and common sewing terms.

Pattern features easy to install zippers, no zipper foot required.
